La pizza, servita in formato teglia, ha un impasto soffice all’interno e croccante all’esterno: segno di una lunga lievitazione e di grande attenzione alla qualità. Gli ingredienti sono freschissimi e ben dosati, con un equilibrio di sapori che conquista fin dal primo morso. In un panorama in cui spesso le pizze si assomigliano tutte, Fermenti riesce a distinguersi per genuinità, cura e passione. Una pizzeria che sa fare la differenza. Il servizio è stato rapido e attento, senza mai essere invadente. La pizza? Semplicemente spettacolare! L’impasto era leggero e ben lievitato, gli ingredienti freschi e di qualità hanno fatto davvero la differenza.
